But you never get the code for MFA so you can’t register. Could they not have spent a few dollars on a human translation? The instructions made us laugh… for example, what is a higher mode, “moderate “ or “modest”? and “Please make sure the device can solely touch your oral cavity”… The biggest issue with the system is the lack of scientific rigour and data to back up its claims. It also doesn’t have a proper training regime spelled out, because this is effectively training a muscle. How many sets and reps per set? How many times per week to do these sets? What do the 3 different modes achieve? … I am intrigued by the idea that by strengthening the tongue, can reduce snoring, so I haven’t given up yet, but it needs data to support its claims. I am losing faith in it every day that goes by, and my sleep app doesn’t show an improvement in snoring….
