There appear to be significant issues with account integration and data accuracy. They are not cancelling and refunding it. One major problem is that my Empower 401(k) account statistics do not correctly connect to the cost basis, making portfolio analysis unreliable. I contacted customer support multiple times, but responses were very slow and the suggested solutions were unusual and did not resolve the underlying issues. Based on my experience, it feels like the platform has not been thoroughly tested across different brokerage and retirement account types. For a portfolio analytics tool, accurate data synchronization and responsive customer support are essential, and unfortunately both have been lacking. I activated the free trial expecting an opportunity to properly evaluate the service before any charge was taken. During setup I was able to connect Trading212 successfully, but repeatedly struggled to connect Hargreaves Lansdown despite following the provided guidance. The process felt far more complicated and less intuitive than expected for a portfolio aggregation app. The most disappointing aspect was the refund experience. Rather than a straightforward customer-focused process, there was significant resistance and repeated attempts to avoid issuing the refund, including references to banking reputation and refund fees. While I appreciate that refunds carry costs for businesses, this should not be placed onto customers who believed they were still within a trial evaluation period. Customer support was polite throughout, but the overall experience undermined confidence in continuing with the platform. **Developer response:** Hello, we're sorry you encountered this issue.
