SIGN-IN To access some of the above features you will need Internet connectivity and be asked to register for an account or sign in using Facebook or Twitter and give permission for storing your ID on our servers. ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION To request deletion of your account and all associated data, go to the menu, tap SETTINGS, then EDIT MY ACCOUNT and tap the “Delete My Account” button. You will then receive an email at the address of your logged in account asking you to confirm your data deletion request. LOCATION SERVICES To enable Find-a-Friend to work, you will need to allow the app to access your Contacts as well as location when running in the background. BATTERY Continued use of location services running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. This App has been designed to minimise the impact on your battery life and in most cases will be unnoticeable, but results may vary based on network conditions and usage. Always asks me to sign in then gets stuck on the enter page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and every time this happens. And customer services don’t help at all either. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2022-03-30, version 4.0.0* Can’t log in but can when I use the web page shocking app ### 1/5 — Junk app *2019-04-10, version 3.0.5* Constantly pushes you to log in to use the most basic features that have zero need for a sign in. The artist list does not list when or where they are playing. The line up section (in app purchase) does not link through to the map section. The cashless wristbands (another cynical cash grab) section requires a separate login to top up. Everything about this app feels amateurish and rushed. ### 1/5 — DO NOT PURCHASE THIS APP *2019-04-09* I paid the fee for this app and yet upon a IOS update the app stopped functioning. I have now been asked to pay another fee.
