Need current speed *2025-03-17* GPS function works well. Nice to see when the groomer has been out. Would be nice is it displayed the current gps speed. UPDATE. This does show current speed but not when it is in landscape mode. I’d like to be include off-trail routes into on-trail. For me, the departure points and destinations are usually not on the trails and sometimes a cross-country shortcut makes a lot more sense. ### 5/5 — Review *2023-12-09, version 4.0* App was very helpful navigating trails . The trails on the app have shown they are closed or not groomed but we have been on a few trails where it’s the opposite. The trails have open and groomed the day before we go out and yet the map says they are closed. I just would like to see the map updated as soon as the groomers go through. I would also like to know why the groomers are on the trails a lot more at the end of the season when the snow is melting and not on the trails at the beginning of the season. ### 4/5 — Love it *2023-03-06, version 3.4* Very good app. Love it and easy to use. It’s just a pretend free app that does nothing! Snowman should be ashamed, but we all know they only care about money, not snowmobilers. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for your comment! Map is extremely low quality unless you pay. Not worth the download unless you are planning on paying for this. Better off downloading the free Polaris App which has a better UI and features - Plus is free (includes all Manitoba trails). ### 2/5 — App crashes all the time *2023-01-22, version 3.3* This app continues to crash all the time! When I first open it, it will crash so I have to re-launch the app again to get it to work. It also crashes in other areas such as in settings. The dev team need to stabilize this app and continue improving it. Windy drifting areas, or heavily used areas are too rough after 5 days. ### 3/5 — Needs more frequent updates *2022-01-08, version 2.1.1* App needs to be updated more frequently. You have to zoom in quite a bit to see them and some are not even marked. It has a very easy to read interface and the trails are accurate and up to date. The record function is also helpful as is the trip planner.
