## What is SnowSpeed?

SnowSpeed records your day on the mountain: speed, altitude, slope, G-force and jumps – for skiing, snowboarding and mountain biking.

Start a recording, put your iPhone in your pocket and ride. SnowSpeed keeps recording with the screen locked, detects your runs, lifts and stops on its own, and shows you afterwards exactly what happened on every run.

LIVE ON THE SLOPE
• Speedometer with speed, altitude, slope angle and G-force
• Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, with pause and stop
• Start with Siri, a shortcut, the Action button or Control Center

EVERY RUN, DETECTED
• Runs, lift rides and stops are detected automatically
• Top speed, average speed, vertical and duration for every run
• Jump detection with airtime and landing force
• Auto-pause leaves standing still out of your moving time

AFTER THE RIDE
• Charts for speed, altitude, G-force and slope
• Your route on the map
• Season statistics and a Home Screen widget with your totals
• Optional: save sessions to Apple Health as workouts with distance and route

YOUR SPEED IN YOUR VIDEOS
• FCPXML for Final Cut Pro with text or HUD overlays
• Animated speedometer as a transparent video (HEVC with alpha or ProRes 4444)
• SRT subtitles, CSV and GPX export

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account, no ads, no tracking. Your sessions stay on your iPhone and sync through your private iCloud.

Nothing gets lost: if the app is closed in the middle of a recording, SnowSpeed offers to save the session the next time you open it.

Metric or imperial units, in English and German.
