Poor connections. Sometimes sound very often not. Glitchy video. Chronically says I’m out of the region while sitting on my couch 10 miles from Pittsburgh. ### 1/5 — Save your money *2026-07-11, version 11.1.0* Glad I only paid for 1 month. Stream does not stay on for more than 10 seconds before crashing. Will go back to illegally streaming ### 1/5 — Worst app I have on my first stick *2026-07-04, version 10.1.0* This is by far the worst app on my Amazon Fire Stick. I’m a die-hard Pirates fan and this is the only option for me to watch games, otherwise, I would never have subscribed.. During live games it continuously freezing up and then automatically goes back to the Amazon Home Screen, especially if you pause or rewind when watching live. If you play the game after it’s already started, there’s no option to start at the beginning and if you try to rewind it to the beginning it will freeze up and you can see the score when it comes on anyway. The on demand works the best if you can avoid seeing the score (good luck with that) but some games aren’t loading into the on demand section until the next day. Unless you’re a die hard, don’t waste your money. It’s pretty bad when the app used to watch those games craps out and/or freezes several time during the game. Sometimes we have to restart the app several times for one game. We’ve tried restarting the Amazon Firestick, checking our internet service, or resetting the app. Sometimes it actually works smoothly for the entire game, so it’s not a TV issue. It’s not our internet service at fault either. And, sadly, it’s been that way since launch and the owners seem to have no concerns about fixing it. You’ll be lucky to watch five to ten minutes of a game before seeing the spinning wheel on your screen. I have a 1.2 gig connection and never have freezing issues with other apps - SNP 360 freezes up every time I use it, and it completely unwatchable during high-traffic games involving either the Pirates or Penguins. ### 1/5 — Crashes *2026-06-07, version 10.1.0* The App keeps crashing on my tv. I at least got to watch the penguins, but I have no use for this now that it absolutely refuses to work for the pirates. Tried on PC, phone, and Roku, always blacked out for the bucs. Until I couldn’t. It is constantly buffering and locking up on us. I am getting a screen saying an error occurred. Please try again and I can’t even get out of that screen. I’ll take it ### 5/5 — Great App *2026-04-02* I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews however I am really happy I got this app. I have XFinity and the Xfinity stream app only let’s you stream live sports at home on home Wifi so if I was out I would miss the Pens games regardless if I was connected to another person’s WiFi or using cellular data. This app allowed me to watch live Penguins hockey on a friend’s WiFi and also using cellular data when not connected to WiFi. The video is smooth and clear and there isn’t any lag or buffering that I noticed. Think about what it cost to go to a game and this app is only $99 for six months. Well worth it. Yes it did freeze on me a few times but be patient turn it off put it back on.
