Same as prior reviewer commented. Double ugh!! ### 1/5 — Cannot get in *2025-07-18* I cannot access this application. I put in all of my information and it doesn’t work. I’ve been to the health department and they have verified the data is accurate and even added my email address so I could try getting in that way and it didn’t work either. When I try using my phone number, when I put the last number in, I get an error “…must be 9 digits long” and it is! When I put my email address in it says “data is not in accordance with the information contained in the patient national registry”.
