I love the food and go twice a week. But the app never works and I have to go the round about way to have the staff help me when they could be helping others

The app is useless. It takes you to their website, which then requires you to login again. Skip the app and just go straight to their website.

App was working fine up to a couple of weeks ago. Now it won’t even open. The last update was about 8 months ago, so I don’t think it was that. I’m not sure what happened, but I would be happy to give a higher rating if the problem gets fixed. No cheddar fries for me until then.

It is junk. And the servers pretend that they don’t know it doesn’t work.

App won’t even let me sign into my existing account. Once I type in my email and password, the keyboard won’t move to allow me to press “sign in” 

Should be fixed if you want people to use the app

I have frequented Snuffer's for the last Month or so Every Friday! Abby and Mike are the BEST TEAM I have seen work a bar! They ensure to take care of everyone's needs-Food or Beverage. Always with a Smile or Witty Comment!  I highly recommend you pay them a visit.
