## What is Snug?

Snug times how long your retainer or clear aligners are actually in, so you hit the hours your orthodontist asked for.

Tap when it goes in. Tap when it comes out. Snug does the rest.

Your day at a glance
• A tooth-arch dial fills in as you wear it, hour by hour
• See how long it's been in, or how long it's been out
• Forgot to tap? Set the time afterwards

Reminders that know you ate
• A nudge when it's been out too long after a meal
• An optional bedtime reminder for night-time wear
• Put it back in straight from the notification

On your Lock Screen, widgets and wrist
• A live out-timer on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island
• Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets you can tap
• An Apple Watch app with watch face complications
• Siri: "Put my retainer in with Snug"

For your next appointment
• History calendar, averages and streaks
• A PDF report of the last 30 or 90 days for your orthodontist, plus CSV
• Aligner tray schedule: which tray you're on and when to switch
• Smile photos with a before-and-after slider

Yours, and private
• Wear it all day or only at night, with your own daily goal
• Everything stays on your device: no account, no ads, no tracking
• Your smile photos never leave your phone
• Every feature is free
