## What is Sổ Mẹ và Bé?

Sổ theo dõi sức khỏe Bà Mẹ và Trẻ Em (hay còn gọi là Sổ Mẹ và Bé) là ứng dụng giúp người dân chủ động theo dõi, chăm sóc sức khoẻ của bà mẹ và trẻ em dành riêng cho người dùng  tại Việt Nam. Ứng dụng chính thống do Vụ sức khỏe Bà Mẹ và Trẻ Em - Bộ Y Tế chủ trì phát hành. Ứng dụng có chức năng chính như sau:
 
(1) Theo dõi và nhận biết các nguy cơ về sức khoẻ của Mẹ và Bé từ khi mang thai đến khi Bé được 06 tuổi.
(2) Cẩm nang thông tin hỗ trợ sức khỏe cho Mẹ và Bé.
(3) Lưu giữ khoảnh khắc của Bé và gia đình.
(4) Nhận thông báo, nhắc nhớ lịch tiêm chủng, khám thai, tái khám... và nhiều thông tin sức khỏe hữu ích .
(5) Lịch sử khám chữa bệnh, khám thai, biểu đồ tăng trưởng cân nặng chiều cao.
