Have you ever wondered if you have what it takes to design video games?  This is a self-paced handheld console style quiz to determine what your strengths and interests are and to help you decide if you have the potential and the passion to explore a career in the game industry.

Prior to making a decision as important as choosing a career you should consult a variety of sources, including books, magazines, and interviewing those already working in the field.  

Presented as a public service by Magnin & Associates (handheld game developers since 1993) and its founder Ed Magnin (who has over 35+ years in the game industry, and over 12+ years concurrently teaching graduate and undergraduate game courses).

It's a neat little quiz, it's the basics of how to get started as a dev. It's nothing more and nothing less than promised and the bad reviews are either annoyed that they didn't read what it's supposed to be about or that it's the basics, which it never claimed otherwise.

If you want book recs, it's a good resource, but other than that it doesn't offer much else
