No response from customer service after several emails. ### 5/5 — Wonderful *2024-12-14* Soap AI has been a great help. It saves time as well as organizes the SOAP note in a good format. After download app, it didn’t need any template set up that I had seen on some other programs and didn’t need any instructions to get started as it is practitioner-friendly and from the very first use was helpful. it creates a great SOAP note (and blocks out from the note any non medical friendly chatting). Staff is interested in practitioners having a good experience. I’m grateful for Soap AI. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-30* I opened an account to try it out. Completed the practice conversation twice. They were in contact with me about my subscription but then they stopped responding. I’ve emailed them multiple times for days with no response. It allows me to retrieve information and a great source for documentation. The A/P is pretty accurate as well. The speaker system to document hpi is phenomenal.
