No response from customer service after several emails. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2024-10-30* I opened an account to try it out. Completed the practice conversation twice. The first time it didn’t record anything, the second time, it got the conversation all wrong and made a terrible note. **Developer response:** Hi Hcarmody, some of our iPad users are experiencing some issues which we are addressing. Thanks. ### 1/5 — Support team doesn’t respond *2024-10-08* I will gladly chang this review if the support gets back to me. They were in contact with me about my subscription but then they stopped responding. I’ve emailed them multiple times for days with no response. Again, the app is very nice but I cannot pay the 60 dollars a month as I am a student. **Developer response:** Hi Mike, we can provide you with additional sessions as you are a student and we support the medical community in training. Thanks. ### 2/5 — Notes not completing *2024-10-04* I have sent multiple emails to the support team reading my notes stuck in “writing note” for days. No one has returned an email. I have paid $100 for the subscription for my notes not to be completed and not answer back. It saves time as well as organizes the SOAP note in a good format. After download app, it didn’t need any template set up that I had seen on some other programs and didn’t need any instructions to get started as it is practitioner-friendly and from the very first use was helpful. it creates a great SOAP note (and blocks out from the note any non medical friendly chatting). Staff is interested in practitioners having a good experience. I’m grateful for Soap AI. ### 5/5 — Review of soapnote.ai *2024-05-20* I’m a first year resident and I’ve used this app for admissions on floors, consults, and on clinic. It’s very helpful. It allows me to retrieve information and a great source for documentation. The A/P is pretty accurate as well. The speaker system to document hpi is phenomenal. Very easy to use and worth upgrading if you have many patient encounters to professional or unlimited. ### 5/5 — very helpful *2024-05-16* This app saves me so much time. I see multiple patients back to back. I’m able to see my patients and come back to my desk and review the notes. I would not describe this app as a scribe but more as a clinical assistant. The notes are formulated based off the ambient listening and even formulates a decent assessment and plan. Overall this app is extremely helpful to me during clinic and even inpatient consults. ### 5/5 — Saves time *2024-05-16* Used for a few visits and it does a good job writing a summary. Glad I could actually customize it!
