Instead of just regurgitated resources and tele-health support, SOAR empowers athletes to speak up and overcome the mental health stigma with an anonymous peer support community of athletes nationwide who understand where you're coming from and are there to support your journey. The best therapy sometimes is just getting something off your chest instesd of staying silent and internalizing your feelings until you hit your breaking point. Connect anonymously with other athletes who understand your experiences firsthand and be supported by others who know firsthand what you are dealing with.
