I have enjoyed using Soar so far. It has made it easy to gain insight to how I have been doing emotionally. The resources have been an engaging way to cope with some of the stresses O have had as well. Highly recommend.

Soar is an intuitive mood tracking app that does so much more. It can help you track habits, but also has other tools to build sustainable habits to better your mental health! I use it everyday and love it.
