It’s been about 12 hours and counting waiting for that phone call. I don’t appreciate reservations straight up misleading guests 🤯 ### 5/5 — Super convenient! *2024-08-04, version 5.7.5* Didn’t have to wait in line to check in! Requested check in on the app and it was approved in minutes, then we had access to our keys right away. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous *2022-11-21, version 4.42.2* Great idea. Doesn’t accept the code. Tech support doesn’t return calls and doesn’t fix problems. Wow!
