I’ve been with this bank for a while. Every time I try to log in the app says it doesn’t recognize my device (even though I click “remember this device” each time). Then I am supposed to receive a code to my email address which never comes. I called AFFCU and they claim no one else is having this problem. I find it hard to believe I am the only one. They said they would look into but two weeks later I am still having the same problems. I changed settings and now it won't let me save those settings! Junk app now! ### 1/5 — Moving Banks *2024-10-17, version 4013.2.0* Not only is the app a pain, the credit union as a whole makes it incredibly difficult to get to your own money. Do not bank with this company! Customer service is non existent! You will never get any resolution to any concerns about you account or finances. They lie about solving problems. I just left this bank and refinanced my car with capital one. Avoid soarion at all cost! ### 1/5 — Terrible New CU *2024-05-17, version 4012.2.1* The app reflecting balance is inaccurate and I’m getting reported for left over balances of under $10 to the credit bureaus and no alerts are made. Losing major points on my credit report ever since this CU took over AAFCU! It’s ridiculous. I make my payment on time and a little bit extra of what is shown and I’m still somehow leaving a couple dollars balance which doesn’t make sense. Something is really wrong with this CU. Stay away. ### 1/5 — Not a fan of the update app *2024-04-17, version 4012.2.1* UGH!!! Red on a white background is hard to read and hard on my eyes. Are you aware that black on white is the easiest to read??? You changed the Bill Pay feature and I had no idea how to schedule a payment. I’ve tried multiple times to link my bank account, but it will Not show up. When I try to link it again, it says I’ve already linked it, but it literally is no where to be found. The entire affcu system needs a swift kick. No digital currency necessary! No customer service when it was great years ago. No to letting everyone join. No I do not want my amounts shown upfront until I physically click on that individual account! I suddenly had two payments to the same business — one electronic and one by mail. Imagine my surprise when the business contacted me and said they hadn’t gotten paid for two months!!! When I looked at my account, sure enough the payments were mailed. Before the switch I never had a problem with the payment. I confirmed that with my account statement. The money was deducted on a monthly basis. I am also having problems with the messaging system. I have emailed AFFCU through the system but my email doesn’t show up. I have screen shots to prove it and took them while I was talking to an AFFCU rep on the phone. This app is horrible and I wonder who beta tested it because they did a rotten job. **Developer response:** We are sorry to hear of your recent experience with our app but hope our rep was able to resolve the issue.
