I have tried various meditation apps but none have been specific to alcoholism and dealing with recovery. There’s a range of Christian, Taoist and 12 step guided meditations. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for either a meditation at fixed times of the day as part of a routine or for anyone looking for assistance,for example there are great meditations for cravings.
