Я пыталась и анонимных и с налтрексоном ( метод Синклэр )и только здесь что-то щелкнуло, есть ощущение что кусочки пазла сошлись вместе. Очень помогает объяснение на научном уровне что происходит со мной с моим мозгом почему так а не иначе, очень помогают объяснение Марата. Есть сообщество в чате где всегда можно найти поддержку или просто пообщаться. Задание в чате тоже хорошо вставляют мозги на место с разной степенью интенсивности. Но идёт время и жизнь потихоньку становится лучше. Одна из основных причин почему здесь мне нравится – здесь не надо заниматься самобичеванием, говорить себе что у меня дефекты характера и я полное говно и все зависит от моей высшей силы а от меня ничего. . Здесь наоборот потихоньку выстраивается хорошая спокойная самоуверенность и радость жизни
