### 3/5 — Helpfull

*2026-06-29, version 12.1.0*

### 3/5 — Calendar is Incorrect

*2026-05-20, version 12.0.0*

I like and use the app and have tried notifying the app dev team but it looks like in a recent update the calendar within the app is off.

Hopefully this works and they can update it so the tracking is correct for users

### 5/5 — Super!

*2026-02-14, version 11.3.0*

Free and easy! Thank you :)

### 2/5 — Insane monetization plan

*2026-01-22, version 11.2.0*

It's clear that the developers of this app no longer care about their users. I will explain why. First, I understand that every developer needs to support themselves. Yes, i get it, you need your money! The problem is that these developers decided to monetize their app *overnight*. They did it instantly, without notification. They just pushed an update to everybody one day which permanently locked features that everybody used to have access to. locked them behind an expensive paywall. The developers knew they messed up because they quickly went back and lowered the price of the annual subscription. But here's the thing: they NEVER told users in advance about their plan to monetize. they did not grandfather in any existing users, they did not offer existing users a discount, and they never once communicated to users what their plans were. They pushed all these changes on the user and basically told us to just deal with it. users had no warning of what was going on, and no communication from the developer.

Furthermore, the developer reconfigured the app so that it literally refuses to launch unless you are connected to Internet. I assume they do this so the app can display ads. Look, each person can develop their app however they choose, but it's been a while since I have seen something so actively hostile. This is if the main focus of the product was lost, and now they're focus on extracting money from their users.

### 5/5 — I need this for myself and loved ones

*2026-01-17, version 11.2.0*

I’m anxious to get started

### 5/5 — Good morning

*2026-01-03, version 11.1.0*

Great job with this amazing application

### 4/5 — A great app!

*2025-11-30, version 11.0.0*

Thos app has been really helpful and motivating so far, the only thing I can’t figure out is how to see my pledges I haven’t shared with the community.

### 3/5 — Used to love it but why need constant internet access and why charge so much money

*2025-11-14*

Had to delete my older review. Forcing the user to be connected to the internet, and charging fifteen a month is a little disappointing. There should be tiers for the membership. And before you say developers deserve to be paid, I 100% agree! but this app had NO in app purchases until November 2025 so idk how they explain that. And why they would launch at such a high price instead of doing a one time fee or doing tiers. I would have paid a one time fee but not this insane subscription. You could have gotten revenue out of me for this if it were reasonable.

However I will give credit, the app is extremely well designed.

I am only a few days in but I really like this app. It is set up very well and is so good at keeping me motivated! The daily check-in keeps me coming back and sticking to my goals. I HIGHLY recommended you give it a shot. Thank you creators!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No way to correct errors

*2026-03-19, version 11.5.0*

Terrible app. Accidentally clicked the wrong button while updating my day and it deleted my sobriety streak. No way to go back. Will delete the app and find a better one.

### 1/5 — STOP LOGGING ME OUT

*2026-03-11, version 11.5.0*

Its enough to make me pack my sobriety in and chug beer again!!

### 1/5 — Not really worthwhile features

*2026-03-05, version 11.4.0*

A few main complaints. The calendar is bugged right now. Dont get how an app that is essentially a calendar would have that issue but here we are.

Daily motivational messages are good, but if you dont save them, there is not a database that u can look through to read some.

The daily check ins, i dont think there are any charts that track over time trends. Nor can you read what you journal in the past (to my knowledge)

### 1/5 — Widget

*2026-02-04, version 11.3.0*

Widget doesn’t count days properly, and not update days, my is stuck at 3 days

### 1/5 — Insane monetization plan

*2026-01-08, version 11.2.0*

It's clear that the developers of this app no longer care about their users. I will explain why. First, I understand that every developer needs to support themselves. Look, each person can develop their app however they choose, but it's been a while since I have seen such an actively hostile user experience. It's almost like the developers hate their user base. Which is really sad, because I love the design of this app. I love all the work that they've put into it. This monetization plan just feels like some MBA stepped in and told them to piss off their entire user base so they could make some money.

### 1/5 — Used to be free

*2025-12-02, version 11.1.0*

i liked this app bc you could track multiple different substances at the same time. Now it charges you to even add another one. So i deleted one of them so i could add another one and you want to charge me money? for tracking sobriety. i was already tracking two, deleted one to add a different substance and now you want to charge me? for something ive already used for half a year. you should be ashamed of yourself for trying to charge sober individuals money to track their progress. Clearly don’t care about helping anyone and jsut want money. what a joke. this app is trash now. and whoever made in app purchases is a horrible person. what a terrible thing to do.

### 1/5 — Blank screen

*2025-10-27, version 10.32.0*

This app was amazing until it stopped working. Whenever I login it's just a blank screen. I've deleted and downloaded many times. This happens on my iPhone 11 and now 16. Such a bummer. Otherwise, it's great. Really helped get me to 3 years of sobriety.

### 1/5 — Loved but now not

*2025-01-30, version 10.14.0*

I started using this app on Christmas Day and I thought it was the greatest thing but three times in just over 37 days I wake up in the morning in the app doesn’t load and I login with my email tells me there’s a problem. First time I was able to get it back in a daysecond time two days and I’m on day two on the third one and even got results from a support and tells me I can just sign in with touching the Apple and it’s still errors so now I need to find another app that I can rely on

### 1/5 — App crash

*2025-01-21, version 10.13.0*

App deleted my entire tracker after 70 days

### 1/5 — Great app that I am now unable to use

*2024-10-22, version 10.5.0*

Since a recent update, this app which I used to count my sobriety cannot be used due to parental restrictions on my phone as a young person in recovery, is there anything you guys can do to make it so I can’t count my days again as a 16 year old trying to get sober, thanks

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Cool app

### 5/5 — Sobriety

*2026-08-27, version 12.2.0*

I love being sober and using this app to remind myself how long it’s been!

### 5/5 — New days ahead

*2026-08-14, version 12.1.0*

I’m so excited to find this app. I’m being accountable here for my SMART goals for the first time in a while.

I meet smaller goals with no difficulty, but I need all the help I can get sticking to an auto immune diet when I’m emotionally depleted.

I have just weathered a multi sided crisis that changed everything I had laid out. I need to reset my thinking in a positive way; not give in or give up.

If I don’t control my sugar and fat intake, I’ll be tempted to drink to excess. Stress management is an important piece of this puzzle too. I’m facing bypass surgery and have to lose 30 pounds that won’t budge. I’m shaping up - weight lifting and tai chi certainly help manage my sugar cravings.

### 5/5 — My Support

*2026-08-14, version 12.1.0*
