I’ve had this device since October and it has been giving me nothing but issues and the app always crashes when I’m trying to upload my results and gives me some weird code 3 errors often not sure what that is and I’ve been trying to call someone since December and I always get placed on an hour plus long hold or I just get hung up on or a busy signal terrible terrible device for this being court ordered I’d recommend a different company

The application does not work properly, I have got to delete and reinstall 10 times a day for it to work. It’s so frustrating and annoying. If you are reading this comment don’t waste your time and money on this nonsense malfunction application.

This app is despicable. The readings are not correct. People’s lives and wellbeing are at stake. This is outright disgusting on how this company handles the equipment and app. Do better. Handle it with care. Take responsibility and fix the issues.

This app definitely needs improvement. It is upsetting and frustrating how unreliable this company is. Will be looking into switching to a company who handles their equipment and app to better standards. Meanwhile the client is being held liable for their falsely app and their updates. Something needs to get done and someone needs to take responsibility. This is shameful.

Horrible application. Would recommend another company such as safety check with Mr. AJ. I paid 150 and 100 a month for this application to never be working nor for any guidance nor phone numbers to call in situations like this. This is court ordered and it is not a game. Fix your devices and application before having clients pay and risk their freedom with your company.

It’s very frustrating with this app it keeps freezing up and not letting me complete my test! I might have to go with a different company, I liked it because it was compact and small but I’m just plain frustrated with it

Yeah man, just go with another company. this app seriosuly doesnt work sometimes. like sometimes you could refresh it and its not gonna show your times and you wont be able to do the test. sometimes just malfunctions and the breathalizer fails. and theres way to many bugs with the app. just go with a diffrent company man.

It’s a little slow but a little patience and it works for me three times per day with no issue.  

I guess it helps if you have good cell coverage and/or home internet.

The price is right.  The tech is better than other companies.  They are a small company so it isn’t perfect.  Try the other companies and get bombarded by hidden fees and even worse service/contract term before leaving bad reviews here.
