Any click prompts an ad it’s excessive for any app. *2026-07-02* It also will give you notifications of 12 hours, despite you having 955 days in addition to those 12 hours. Could be disheartening to someone newly sober. It provides some decent health data hence the additional star, but having to wait through a game or app ad for one minute to see anything. And then wait another minute for another long ad if you click an item for more detail. It’s basically not a functional app unless you’re willing to pay.
