Menyusahkan, orang ada tempat nak kena pergi jadi lambat. Kita tak guna kereta pun kena compound kata pulangkan minyak sikit. Sumpah tak guna! ### 1/5 — Cant even receive OTP for sign up *2025-12-24, version 2.7.6* “Too many request. Try again in an hour” ### 1/5 — trouble on sign up *2025-12-22, version 2.7.6* worst, i can't get the otp. can't make account. ### 1/5 — Booking & Wallet *2025-12-12, version 2.7.6* the apps and system is poor，after topup can’t book car then can’t be withdrawal the money them the apps is eating my money without any reason. Is very poor apps. The customer service is very limited also can’t help anything then wasting my money just can put inside the apps wallet can’t booking can’t withdrawal how is possible been approve to have this rubbish apps? Scam money ### 1/5 — Worst Service *2025-12-11, version 2.7.6* One of the Worst Apps. Worst service. The car’s tank was almost empty when I got the car (<10%). So I returned the car with about 25% fuel. I deliberately didn’t refuel because I had to add fuel at the beginning. But they deducted money from wallet by themselves. I always used Socar whenever I visited Malaysia. Never going to use it again. ### 2/5 — Super Late Reimbursements *2025-11-04, version 2.7.1* Most available cars for rent have below 50% fuel left. But the app requires users to return cars with above 50%. Meaning most of the time you end up having to refuel the car before returning it. Even though the app promises to reimburse fuel costs, it does so in an intentionally annoying and scummy manner. They only reimburse your money after 7-14 working days but in reality you best believe they will make you wait until the last day to reimburse you which can mean up to 3-4 weeks of waiting, and this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. It is really annoying and they know it but they do so because they want you to opt in for their app wallet for reimbursements. And of course, you can only use that money on their services! Oh yeah did I forget to mention they will reimburse you literally in ONE single day if you choose this method instead of waiting for 3 weeks? But don’t worry this is entirely unintentional and not designed in a way to rig you from your own money you paid as a favor to them !!! I wonder why most people end up returning the cars with lower than 50% fuel not following the app rules ? ### 1/5 — Bad service and simply cut from bank card *2025-10-18, version 2.6.9* My first time using this. Dasher cancelled at the very last minute that my rent already started and shown as ‘active’. App wasn’t able to change to another dasher the whole time. Tried to call the customer service but no phone number and tried to cancel the booking but they deducted already from my card. Had to wait for the previous dasher to finally come for 2 hours. I paid for 6 hours but I only used for 3hours++. Felt like it was a scam which just because I returned it with low fuel. I didn’t have the chance to drive the car with the expected time range so I didn’t fill up the fuel. After submitting ‘return now’, I was shocked when they cut RM100 from my bank card. Just like that. That’s too much penalty charges. Fix your app and decrease your charges. Way too much. ### 1/5 — Scam, cannot be extend then charge customer delay fee. *2025-09-29, version 2.6.9* Scam, cannot be extend then charge customer delay fee. ### 1/5 — Poor maintenance of the car *2025-09-14, version 2.6.9* Unable to cancel booking after car is unlocked. Even the internal of the car is very smelly and full of ants. And very difficult to contact the customer service ### 1/5 — Car condition unacceptable *2025-09-03, version 2.6.9* I recently rent a toyota yaris near bukit indah, the interior smell musty and there were these notorios tiny roaches you get with abandoned squalid cheap lodging. Needless to say the drive was unpleasant to the max.
