This app wants to put its own logo where my employer’s should be - with an absurd charge to change it. No, I don’t mean the developer’s logo at the bottom of the page - I mean top left next to my name. And the limited edits is a pain when you’re just testing it out. Can’t even delete a card and start over? Options are limited and after you create your first one, it doesn’t let you edit it without charging and then doesn’t update the changes to your wallet. I may need to change a picture or company etc. I may have missed it but looks like each of those updates are limited in number. However, I'm disappointed with the sudden influx of personal questions. Charging users to edit after purchasing the card seems unfair. Customers should have the right to make changes. Unfortunately, your team didn't comprehend this, leading me to delete and reinstall the app to create a new account. The app allows it but once you generate the QR code it erases several numbers. I wrote long time ago but hasn’t being solved. Thanks ### 1/5 — Total Scam *2022-08-12* BEWARE! Tries to verify your email account password by saying it can’t verify your email to create an account for a free card. I didn’t provide my password, of course, but that didn’t stop them from trying to access/change the password for my email account! ### 1/5 — Ignored me *2022-02-09, version 1.5.0* Customer support has ignored me for weeks now after there resolution did not work and they told me to contact them if I had more problems. I did the payed feature and the images won’t load on to the card and they don’t care to help. Don’t bother with this app go generate your own QR code online for free. ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2021-09-13* I was very hopeful that this app would allow me to create a business card with details of my business and my LinkedIn contact info that I could also save in my Apple wallet and share easily with new contacts. It did only two of these things. I’m happy that it’s in my wallet but it wouldn’t let me update my information very easily, I even purchased additional ‘updates’ so I could try and change my info but no success. I emailed their support team and never heard back. Says in your account that they are there but when you try to use it it still takes you back to the purchases. Do not recommend ### 1/5 — Buggy and suspicious app *2021-02-25, version 1.4.4* App doesn’t work. It just probably collecting email addresses. Thank God I gave the dummy email address. ### 2/5 — A little difficult to navigate *2026-04-30, version 3.0.0* Not user friendly ### 2/5 — This app is something *2023-10-11* The interface it’s pretty, but after the first few components isn’t very intuitive. The user flow needs a lot of work and having to pay for the ability to customize before I can even see what my card will look like is crazy. Then charging for edits is even wilder. There is no way to know how the content will appear on the card, or character limits to know how much is too much, and the steps feel out of order. I feel like it’s too much of a gamble for $10 to have no way of previewing or correcting errors. Also the bug of not having the premium features unlock after purchase is at minimum bad for business.
