However since the latest update I can hardly ever connect whereas beforehand connection took seconds. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, rebooting dvr system etc but no improvement. Its like it was never finished. Its also totally missing from the Android version. Developer did not help and did not reply. I resolved myself. 0. Copy down all the login info that used to work 1. Delete SO Catch from IOS 2. Power off Device 3. Power on Device 4. Reinstall SO Catch 5. Enter your credentials 6. Should connect now *** appears that the new install cache uses old data or code, blocking the login and receive connection error. When deleting the app then powering off, the old cache data is erased and the new app and data did not conflict with the old parameters. I wish QR code scan autofilled port, DVR name, and user name.
