I absolutely love the mechanics and such. The graphics are decent, but I love the design of how you do everything. When I downloaded it I was expecting to have it be a game of skill. This is no game of skill. I won one match, and was very excited. I lost 5 matches after that. At one point, my team had the ball, but the ball somehow teleported to the other team’s possession. I cannot win at all. This game is rigged. If you want to play something that is fun and about skill, go somewhere else. ### 3/5 — Transfer error *2023-07-26* The game is dupe tho but I have some issues with the transfer , 1) money given my the club to make transfers is up to nothing 2) winning the league and you’ll be given money that not even enough to sign one good player , it’s annoying, . I wanted to sign a player but the team refuse my 80 million bid then after I withdrew my bid they later sold him out for 60 million. You just need to amend that swap deal needed on the next version of the game ### 4/5 — Improvement *2023-07-10* Please you should update the awards and giving best coach and some other things like the trophy cabinet for players and bringing some old players back as part of coaching staffs there should be options for that and I think there should be ballon d’or for best players based on stats for club and country not just some random picking. Been playing since SM19 till now so I’ll appreciate if you can improve that’s and cautioning players to be requesting for too much game time when they are injured already and morales keep dropping drastically ### 3/5 — Important *2023-04-06* Transfer is ridiculous I can’t accept requests to sell and no club bides normally and competition money is like playing for nothing You need to change how you chose world best player and why is the monthly and seasonal best 11 4 per team when I have players playing good. GK has no clean sheets record, no record of club legends even an insight to a player’s record retired and present. The team training and development is so limited and training day notification should be amongst the top visible notifications. You need to improve this game a lot because it’s no longer as satisfying even the gameplay if made better will limit the option of canceling matches ### 3/5 — Player Contract *2023-03-12, version 3.0.3* Great game, however, there’s a need to regulate how players with 3-4 years left on their contract starts demanding to renew contract with higher wages. Also transfer fees could Be higher This would've been a 4-5 star but this game is missing this as well as global competitions like the world cup euros and copa America. Also players don't upgrade when they perform well. Players get injured too often. You lose more matches and your team doesnt try at some points ### 3/5 — Could be better than top 11 *2023-02-25, version 3.0.1* Played this game for a little and I really like that it is more technical than top 11 and really seems to have potential the only thing that I did not like were the graphics, in the UI and in the matches. Compared to top 11 soccer manager, the graphics on their game are way better. If the graphics were the improve than I would give it another try ### 3/5 — Fun to play BUT *2023-01-14, version 2.1.2* ..get used to wasting days of your life watching ads if you don’t want to pay $15-20 to be able to compete. Been playing for a month and made it through 2-3 seasons maybe? Also, biggest issue with the game for me, saving your game stats is NOT working. The amount of times I’ve completed an important transfer or won a critical game, to then come back after leaving the game and finding out that my progress hasn’t saved is mind boggling. Makes me not want to play anymore. This happened sooooo many times now even though game says saving. Get this under control please. ### 3/5 — Good game but crashes constantly *2023-01-11, version 2.1.2* Every time I play a game it is like rolling the dice on when the game ends will it actually save and proceed back to the how screen or will it crash out & I lose the entire game played. Happens so often that I hardly play the game anymore ### 4/5 — Real Good, But graphics and gameplay on a phone look plain *2022-12-29, version 2.1.1* The graphics in the video look cool as well as the gameplay, but when I downloaded it on my phone it didnt look very style-ish, & the players are all wonky. Every time a player got infront of someone, they either fell down or they’re just standing infront of them and allowing them to score. This is frustrating for people who experience this type of stuff out of games and it doesnt make it fun at all. infact, It makes it to where you have to delete it, & I dont wanna delete this game cause it has potential, but that potential wont be reached if yall dont fix these issues. For starters the graphics are terrible and the player’s design look nothing like them. Whenever your playing a game you can have like 7 shots and 4 on target and not score whilst your opponent can score with their first shot on target. It’s obvious the game is scripted. If the game wants you to lose your going to lose, if the game wants you to concede your going to concede. There’s nothing you can do about it you can switch all your tactics up and still lose. The AI is terrible. Your players chooses to shoot from a tight angle rather than square the ball which is frustrating as the opponent is able to do it. Don’t waste your time installing this game, it’ll only make you frustrated. ### 1/5 — WORST GAME I Have Played *2023-04-13* I have given this game three chances; I saw that they updated recently and I hoped the developers fixed SM23. I am completely shocked. There is always a glitch where the user is kicked out and completely stripped of their newly-transferred players. What is even more frustrating is that the money is still cut off from the transfer! Every time I play this game I always lose, even when I had better players. This game is created merely for money; all of the bugs steal your money and block you from doing anything. I know most mobile games do not have a “Create a Club” feature, but Soccer Manager 23 isn’t worth it. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2023-02-16, version 3.0.1* Every single time the game crashes and the ads are so annoying. To go past one match I have to restart the game over 10 times. It’s disgusting and frustrating. I’ve been trying to play a match for 3hours now. I could do everything right- my tactics, formation, etc. would all be perfect. But my players will just make a bunch of stupid mistakes and make me lose every game. The finances and transfers aren’t realistic either, and it makes it really hard to actually build and run a competitive team. Save became unplayable. *2022-12-14, version 2.0.0* Good game but not worth the time or money if it’s going to bug and not load. After playing a few seasons, my game won’t load after the current match. The match will load and play but won’t continue on to the next day, just stuck in a loading screen forever. Was fun but a total waste of time and money if it will just stop loading. Reached out on the ticket system and discord but no answer. Since playing I just never won a match even my players fit well and they are higher rated than opponent team. I used them in their preferred role and playing style but still losing every game. Starting from national league is acceptable but why I’m always losing, you guys just have to make some fairly results. I’m playing soccer manager since 2020 game out and never seen those losing streak before. Please make it more suitable for more fair game play. ### 2/5 — Save your time *2023-04-10* I’m here to let you know that there is no point in playing this game, you will be so frustrated. Another game where you can do everything correctly but yet the game has already decided before you load it up who is going to win every single game, and it ain’t gonna be you boss. You are going to get rolled every single game, even with making the proper adjustments, fixing tempo, positioning, basically going in depth with what you want your players to do. Also you can set your players fatigue level to slow, but it literally takes the same amount of energy. I enjoy the concept of this game but it’s just a hey pay this money to get these guys so you have a better chance of winning. Oh yeah and I went through 3 weeks and only had 1 training session? The game would not let me run anymore training, so my players won’t get better at all. And I have the training facilities. Overall the devs want to to spend the money so they made the game next to impossible, BUT they aren’t as money hunger as other games. Also the animations are terrible, goal keeper literally was walking around outside the box when the ball was on our half, like what is that my guy. Idc how trash a GK is none of them are doing that especially when the opposing team is in scoring position ### 2/5 — Great game, some problems *2023-02-06, version 2.2.1* I want to start by saying that I love this game. I have played it for the past few years and it's been great. This year, I was 8-9 years into my manager career and was sacked for literally no reason at all. I fulfilled all of the goals and was towards the too of prem and champions league. For how much time (and money) I've invested into this game, I find it incredibly frustrating it had to end this way. I don't want to stop playing, but I have to stop, knowing I could get sacked for any reason. ### 2/5 — My problem with the game *2022-11-28, version 2.0.0* Okay the game is really nice though, but the problem you will have while playing the game is the little money the club gives you. This game is by far better than any manager game I have played this year,and another problem is the way clubs like Arsenal out bid you when you are in a club like Barcelona.I will want to sign a player after selling some of the players in my team and clubs that have only 45m and did not sell any player will beat to it. Please this needs to be fixed. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — It’s amazing *2023-06-28* I have three complaints but I love this game so much and I don’t mean any offense because this will always be one of my favorite mobile football games but the only problems are 1. with the transfer budget, it’s always so low even when you’re a big club 15m is usually what you have even if you made 1 signing, 2. only one save slot is criminal it’s unnecessarily hard to get a 2nd one without spending money and 1 save slot is frankly not enough to enjoy the game’s potential to the fullest, 3. I love everything about it and I can’t stop playing the only thing that I’m not a huge fan of is creating your own club, while I love making my own jerseys, badges, and club name I really want to be able to choose my starting players instead of having a random team. Otherwise this game is amazing, mostly realistic, and I don’t see any problems with it. ### 5/5 — I can’t hate this game✨❤️but give us some more features *2023-03-05, version 3.0.3* introduce club legend, where former players of the club will be displayed with their stats(goals,assist, etc) for the club, trophies they have won amongst others E.g being ronaldo who is no more in the game due to saudi not being added to the list of countries ( which would be great if you added) will be displayed as a club legend after achieving certain feats in the club like golden boot, player of the year, EPL playmaker etc will be displayed as a club legend or even the choice of the user choosing who the club legend should be like that of pes manager which was shut down some few years back. introducing other real life awards like ballon d’or’s , fifa the best, puskas and also world cup feature where managers can coach a national team and a club team at the same time like that of fifa could earn the game a huge fan base.
