Wünschte ich könnte mein Geld zurückbekommen, es gibt Live spiele die angeblich bei 90+ 3000 Minuten sind und bei live steht oft die anderen spiele von vor 2 Tagen. 1x2 ist oft bei den Außenseitern oft ne einer Quote von 2+ selbst wenn man weiß die andere gewinnen. Es war nur ein Experiment weshalb ich nicht viel gewettet habe, da ich auf stake wette bis jetz habe ich 4/25 wetten gewonnen

J’ai été prélevé de 66,66$ deux fois en moins d’un an sans mon consentement et sans avoir été informé, je souhaite être remboursé je ne veux plus de cette application c’est du vol !

Mal abgesehen von den angegebenen Spielvorhersagen reagiert niemand auf meine Kündigung, die ich am selben Tag des Abo-Abschlusses abgesendet hatte und zwei Tage später wiederholte. Nach knapp vier Wochen wurden wieder 33 € berechnet. Auf erneute Anfrage wieder keine ernstzunehmende Antwort, geschweige die Zusage einer Rückzahlung. In meinen Augen ist AIstats klarer BETRUG!

The apps works for 1 days and then stop working . It keep showing the loading screen but nothing is loading . I’ve seen comment like this one before downloading and paying but I thought they fixed the issue. Apparently they didn’t ! And no way to get refund . Be careful

I had the exact same experience as Robcliff1065. 

Subscribed for the free trial. Product wasn’t for me for the price and I questioned its efficacy. Admittedly, I forgot to cancel before the trial expired. They proceeded to charge me the monthly price. I immediately followed their unnecessarily difficult steps to cancel the service well before the next pay cycle so as to not incur anymore charges. I have since discovered through my bank statements that they have continued to charge me 2 pay cycles later. 

I have tried contacting customer support to discuss a refund on the unauthorised charges but they continue to ghost me. I even tried the internal support within the app but only receive an automated generic response stating that my service has been cancelled. The refund is never addressed. 

Frustrated is an understatement! No trust in them!

Χρεώσανε αυτόματα 38,95$ χωρίς να ρωτήσουν τίποτα. Απατεώνες. Scammers. Πουθενά δε λέει για αυτόματη ανανέωση μετά τη δοκιμαστική περίοδο. Trial week for 6,99$. Αλλά εδώ χρεώσανε χωρίς να ρωτήσουν 38,95$. Πουθενά δεν αναφερόταν κάτι τέτοιο. Σε κανένα εμαιλ σε κανένα παράθυρο. Απαιτώ τα λεφτά πίσω. Χρέωση χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση.

i just bought a 4 week plan 45 minutes ago and i already regret it. this app is not what they make it out to be. they make it sound like they make these bets for you to put money on and you will win 80% of the time. but they don’t even make the bets for you, they just show youths stats of the stats of the games and projected amount of goals, which i can find that information anywhere… for FREE. After reading other reviews im also seeing how other people have canceled their subscription and still been charged, so idk if thats gonna happen to me or not but i have cancelled already so we’ll see

Wenn man sich mit der App etwas befasst und die Statistiken mal verinnerlicht , kann man daraus eine sehr gute Strategie machen. Ich habe am Anfang auch etwas gebraucht, aber mittlerweile muss ich sagen sehr gut was an Statistik geboten wird. Über Abo‘s an sich kann man evtl. den Preis etwas reduzieren. Das jemand der sowas bearbeitet und erstellt, das nicht umsonst macht, das sollte auch jeden mal klar werden. Würde ich auch nicht anders machen. Aber ja Preis etwas zu hoch. Ansonsten Top 👍

Thank you for the app, i love to use it but it is little bit hard to use. You have to improve order structure;

1- i am ordering by “country name” it is ordering really bad, it must be order by chosen language’s country and value of leauge. I dont want to see Bolivia 3rd leage at top when Premier Leauge is bottom. It must be for a Turkish language; Turkish Super Leauge, Premier Leauge, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, …

2- Right now some maches in same leauge seen in different sections.

3- Also there should be players ratings and leauge standings.

4- Please give 1 month free use of premium, let us try. You want instant money.
