Simplified onboarding and settings for faster profile edits. 
Admin passcode flow fixed so admins can open the Admin panel and review results. 
Added coach mode, local per-user badges, and improved JSON resource sync for administrators. 
Various UI and stability improvements.

Admin panel: fixed passcode unlock flow so administrators can open the Admin list and inspect quiz results and payloads.
Simplified onboarding: Name and Team fields are now grouped near the Save button for faster edits.
Coach mode: added coach passcode unlock to load coach-specific quiz content 
Badges: badge awarding and per-user badge persistence implemented (stored in Core Data), and Badges overview added.
Remote JSON/resource sync: admins can fetch a remote JSON URL and switch the active quiz resource after verification; improved error handling and status messages.
Misc UI polish and bug fixes across quizzes, diagrams, and navigation.

• Better splashscreen contrast - We adjusted text contrast and added a subtle panel so the title and tagline are readable on all
color/gradient combinations.
• Better error handling - If a JSON load or remote fetch fails, the loader posts a clear failure notification and the Ul surfaces an inline message or alert for admins.
• Miscellaneous stability improvements and minor bug fixes.
