### 1/5 — They just keep charging you

No matter how many times you try to cancel.    Auto pilot billing, no one to speak to - don’t make the mistake of paying for this app!    They make it easy to sign up and impossible to cancel.

**Developer response:** We have made the cancellation process easy for folks and this is the first complaint that we've received. However, we are sorry that you had a bad experience and would have been happy to help if you reached out to us. 

Plans can be cancelled anytime from the account menu in the web app interface (https://premium.soccerxpert.com/app/manage-plan) or requested using the in-app "Contact Us" form or a direct email request and we'll process same day (or next day if received after hours) with no questions asked.

### 1/5 — Need a couple things to be fixed

The notes section can be the most helpful piece of the software. However, it will NOT save your notes if you don’t select the Save button. 

Seems obvious, I know, but EVERY other app, software platform, or note taking system outside of paper auto saves. I’m not looking for a google doc save capability, just simply when you select any other button, SAVE it or prompt to save. 

I will for sure change to 5 stars once that is added

**Developer response:** The completely rebuilt 2026 SoccerXpert App now saves your notes automatically, so there's no Save button to remember. The rest of the app is faster and cleaner too, available now.

Unable to send/share with assistant via email. “SEND” button is not available under app

**Developer response:** Hi Mike - To send/share a practice plan with your assistant, please tap the "Share with Assistant" button on the practice detail screen.  It will open up your mobile device's default email client (if configured) and the practice will be added as an attachment.

SoccerXpert seems really good. I have been using it for a little while. Only thing I would like to see is a true iPad option.  I run everything through an iPad and would love to have a true iPad version not just the iPhone scaled up.

**Developer response:** When you purchase the premium access for the app it also includes access to our responsive state-of-the-art web app version of the SoccerXpert App that runs in your browser (https://premium.soccerxpert.com/app) with access to all the same drills and the practice plans you've created. Many iPad and android tablet users enjoy using the web app version since it designed for larger screens (including laptops, computers, and tablets). I hope that helps!

I began coaching U7 soccer two seasons ago and this app has been very helpful at mixing up practices so the kids don’t get bored. The app never crashes/freezes and it’s easy to sort to find drills for specific skill sets. I will continue to use this app for coaching!
