(Especially when it’s gage park and there should be plenty bikes) Not to mention the app is just not up to the standard it could be. I’ve had at least 3 times where the app just will not load or it logs me out while I’m trying to get home from work resulting in me having to walk 40 minutes home (big mood killer by the way) ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless *2025-02-19, version 2.56.0* This app was clearly written by a team that has never actually used their own app. Forgot your password? You won't be able to reset it and the app conveniently also won't tell you what the error is. Try to register using another email? Sorry, you can't do that either, your phone number can only be linked to one account - the one the app won't let you log into. Try both a new email and your office phone? Sorry, the app blocked you because of too many attempts. The map is incredibly slow to update your location - you'll be better off using your phone's built in maps app. I've passed multiple stations using this app because the map takes so long to catch up. The app also isn't good at telling you when bikes are not working. I've been at a station with 4 bikes but only 2 of them show up. That means 2 of them are broken, but which ones? You have to try each one and get a fail message. This app will not always register when a bike is locked to a station automatically. You’ll have to open the app and sometimes even press “end ride” manually if you want to ensure that you’re not still paying for time. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Where I’m being charged for time, long after I’ve already locked up a bike, and up until I remember to open the app. I was even charged extra for an incident where I had reported a broken lock. I’ve reached out through the website and via email to see if there was a possibility of getting my money back at least for the broken lock situation. And while I didn’t expect the company to give me a refund, they didn’t even care to respond at all. The app makes it very easy to find a bicycle and my over all experience has been great. Only down side I ran into is three out of the four bicycles I rented had mechanical issues.
