### 1/5 — Stay away from this product it is impossible or nearly impossible to exit

First, the product really doesn’t do everything. It says it’s going to do. The website has more functionality than the iOS app, which makes no sense to me at all.

Second, trying to exit this product, took me about four days.  First, you have to under your subscription, which requires a tome that you must write about why you don’t like it.  Then you have to unsubscribe and this will take several times. Finally, you can delete, which will take another large group of text.

The fact that the barrier to exit is so high means this is a roach motel once you’re in you’re not getting out

Used to be a lifesaver, but now every few months there are errors and all my scheduled posts aren't able to post. 

Since October 1st it's doing it again saying it can't post due to "ongoing issues with Meta integration."
No message about this about the error or them looking to resolve it. Just haven't seen posts in days but still getting charged. 

I'm done. It used to be good but I can't stand their errors anymore.

Third time I’m trying to leave my review. 
Avoid Social Champ – It’s a Complete Nightmare! I rarely leave reviews, but Social Champ has been such a frustrating experience that I felt compelled to share. After reading other negative reviews dating back years, I can confidently say that nothing has improved. Trying to use this app on my iPhone has been a disaster from start to finish. First, it won’t let me post to TikTok, and then it constantly throws error messages when I try to post to Instagram. I ended up wasting hours of my time when it would have been faster and easier to manually post to each platform individually. I manage several social media accounts, so the time wasted was significant. I thought maybe the desktop version would be better, but that was just as terrible. I spent nearly 45 minutes trying to create one post! The app is far too complicated, confusing, and anything but user-friendly. The whole point of apps like this is to make our lives easier and less stressful—this app does the exact opposite. The interface is overwhelming, and nothing is intuitive. What really annoys me is that the company keeps sending me emails telling me to schedule a time for them to explain how to use it. Excuse me? An app like this should not need a tutorial just to make basic posts. If I need to set up a call to understand how to use an app, then it’s simply not worth the money or time. In short: this app is frustrating, overly complex, and a complete waste of time. Do not waste your time or money on Social Champ. It needs to be much simpler, more efficient, and actually do what it’s supposed to do without constant headaches.

As much as I like their browser platform and services, to be honest, its so bad I don't even know where to start.... the app does not even offer 1/3 of the website features, it doesn't function well, it's buggy, the user interface for scheduling time is is so bad that you can't even see what you're selecting and the images uploaded to scheduled posts from the app come out in a horrible quality. Just no. Either offer something decent, i would actually pay for it or just don't. This is embarrassing.

I love this service on the web - but it’s barely functional as an app. Getting photos from my phone is a nightmare, menus won’t load on the app, I can’t see any of my posted content. I’m relegated to the desktop website on my phone to do anything. Very disappointing from the app standpoint.

Both the website and APP version functionalities are misrepresented.  Many of the promised performances never exist and those that do we currently failed to function reliably.  Customer complaints are responded to with an apology that the functionality is either coming or an excuse or a promise that it will be fixed, only to have the same or another problem reoccur. The developers and operators of this business, apparently think that the people they sell their product to our investors and beta testers rather than customers. They seem to believe that they can promise a service and functionality and have no accountability for failing to deliver.

Social Champ is a piece of junk. Contrary to its claims, it cannot handle the platforms and distribute with any level of reliability or efficiency. Just about every other app I’ve tried works better. Don’t waste your money or more importantly your time.

I read the reviews and still gave it the benefit of the doubt since they were very old. But true to form they all were correct in that this app fails to deliver. 

Do not waste your time.

Ever since we started using this service, we have gotten 3x more signups then a post would have achieved. The app is also really convenient and works much better then the other stuff out there. I do everything on my phone because I am always away from my desk.

I use the desktop version and it’s pretty good - it has some bugs and areas for improvement- but this app is driving me crazy. Keeps saying that stock-standard iPhone videos are the wrong media type; if I have to navigate away from the app to get links and content it wipes the post and I have to start over (which means navigating away from the app several times again to get the same links/content - you see where this is going…!) and there is no option to save a draft so that I don’t lose the work I’ve done on the post so far. I literally can’t use it and it would have been handy to schedule posts while I’m awau from my computer, to save time when I have a few minutes to spare…

Hootsuite is straight forward and easy to schedule for multiple targets at once. Social champ is not easy to do that and half the time the app tells me there is no internet connection when I know there is. It’s not a great app.
