I was very impressed with the quality of the images, the thickness of the pages, and the glossy finish. I created our guest book on the website and it was extremely easy to navigate, create, and save your project for later. I love all the page templates that Social Print Studios has to offer as well. Won’t let me log in with username and PW that work on the web platform. Repeatedly deletes saved projects (website does as well). Probably won’t order from this company because it’s too frustrating to use their platform. ### 1/5 — BUYER BEWARE *2026-01-01, version 18.2.6* I ordered a calendar 12/3. It’s 1/1 and it’s still not here and customer service has told me repeatedly that they will send tracking information but they never have. The emails are snarky and they keep saying “you’ll get information any minute” and then they CLOSE for extended periods of time. Absolutely NOT worth the effort it takes to make a calendar when the company won’t even send it to you!!!!! ### 1/5 — An all day event *2025-12-11, version 18.2.6* Photos take hours to load. Once you finally get all your photos uploaded, you won’t be able to crop them for several more hours. However, when I saw how much more expensive they were compared to other websites, I decided to go with a more budget-friendly option given how many prints I needed. I ended up placing a bulk order on Shutterfly for a fraction of the cost. But after placing that order, I started to wonder if the higher price here meant better quality and whether it was worth the extra expense. To compare, I ordered 20 of my favorite photos from this site. When the prints arrived, I was so relieved I hadn’t committed to ordering everything from here. While the paper was thick and felt high quality, the photos themselves were blurry and extremely dull. I compared them to the same images from Shutterfly, and the difference was clear—Shutterfly’s prints were much sharper and had noticeably better quality. I’m glad I didn’t waste more money because these prints are going straight in the trash. I won’t be ordering from this site again. ### 1/5 — Great idea, poor quality and value *2025-01-17, version 18.0.4* Wanted to love this. The app is glitchy at best but my biggest complaint is that the super expensive calendar I ordered isn’t good quality at all. The pictures are cropped in a way that wasn’t apparent when I was building the project and that’s pretty disappointing given the cost and time I spent adjusting. As a busy mom, this is not the experience I was hoping for and definitely not what I need in the middle of the busy Christmas season!! I was so excited to put together a daily calendar for all my family members for Christmas. They look so beautiful! Unfortunately, the app has not worked smoothly for me at all! Every time I went to get more photos the app would glitch and I would lose all my progress. And every time you save your progress it kicks you out of the project you’re working on. The worst part though was that I’ve worked for about 12 hours (the length of time was mostly due to app glitching! I lost an hour of work twice 😫) on the four calendars and now they won’t upload! I keep getting an error message and each time it tells me it’s having a problem with a different picture. I’m SO BUMMED and now I’ve missed the Christmas deadline because of all the glitches. 💔💔💔 ### 1/5 — Doesn’t save progress *2024-10-02, version 17.8.9* Got this app to create a daily calendar and it wouldn’t save my progress on it if I left the app. But it also wouldn’t let me upload more than 100 photos at a time. Love the idea, but the app doesn’t make it possible. ### 1/5 — Project crashed multiple times *2023-12-16, version 17.3* I love the idea of the daily calendar but it errored out and all photos disappeared so many times. Incredibly frustrating and majorly time consuming. If you want to remove a photo, you must go back and I click it form your selected photos. If you have added all 365 photos to your calendar, you’re fully out of luck as the add photo button is disabled. The cropping feature is primitive and also frustrating.
