Thanks ### 1/5 — They expect patting customers to debug their software. *2024-04-30* I bought the software only to find it didn’t work, and so I left a review saying as much. They replied to said review with a snide comment. Apparently after I had payed them for a product that didn’t work, it was my responsibility to debug their software (for free) then email them to explain what was wrong with their product. Again, MY time for free AFTER paying them $50. Here: You have 4 widgets, 3 of which work with one service each. The 4th, which handles every other service, is broken. I get boxes no matter which service I select (I added several, including Facebook and Twitter, in addition to Twitch), but only got a black widget with dark grey rectangles in it. This happens on an iPhone 15 Plus, an iPhone 12 Mini. Both with the latest version of iOS. That said, I’ve applied for a refund already. I can say THIS quite honestly: I bought my very first app in 2008, on the iPhone 3G, after the iOS AppStore first started selling apps. I’ve literally purchased hundreds since then. This marks the ONLY App to date for which I have EVER applied for a refund. **Developer response:** Hi, We have email support for a reason. If you want support, email us and we will get it solved. Thanks ### 3/5 — Glitches during ‘TRIAL’ Stage *2024-01-23, version 2.3.0* With hopes of returning to a more developed SocialStats, thankfully I haven’t rushed in & paid for another product without trialing it. During what I remembered was simple, it failed in adding in additional addresses during its online TRIAL & gave incorrect/0 stats on the APP TRIAL. Had to go in to my accounts to manually check the growth Update: developer replied to my initial 1 star review and said there is a help option to email them to fix it.
