I’ve earned over £4400 so far just by posting on social media about brands I genuinely love, which is something I was already doing anyway without getting paid! There are SO many choices of brands to post about, loads of different categories. There has been products I’d actually buy myself anyway, and 9/10 times I’ve been able to earn my money back just from posting a video, and more often than not I end up making a profit too. By posting for social tip it’s always helping me practice editing, filming styles and helping me become more confident in front of the camera because of how often I’m posting and because I’m always aiming for a high reward. It’s also opened up so many opportunities I wouldn’t have had otherwise. I’ve worked with some dream brands and built up my portfolio way more than I expected when I first started. I’ve also grown my following because of how often I’m posting, met fellow creators which I love! They support me online, we support each other, it’s a lovely community to be apart of. The team behind Social Tip are honestly so lovely and helpful as well. They’ve been really supportive and have given me loads of chances to grow and earn. Exigen muchísimo a los creadores para lo poco que ofrecen a cambio. Me parece totalmente injusto que uno invierta tiempo, esfuerzo y trabajo creando contenido y después simplemente te bloqueen la cuenta y no quieran pagar por el trabajo realizado. No recomiendo esta aplicación. Si estás pensando en descargarla para crear contenido, piénsalo dos veces y no pierdas tu tiempo. Mi experiencia fue pésima y me siento engañada por la manera en que manejaron la situación. This app is a complete waste of time. They blocked my account after I started creating content for them, and to make matters worse, they refused to pay me for the video I created. They expect creators to put in a lot of time and effort for very little in return. I spent my time creating content for them, only to have my account blocked and not get paid for the work I completed. I do NOT recommend this app. If you’re thinking about downloading it to create content, think twice and don’t waste your time. It's an absolute scam of your time and effort stay away. ### 1/5 — Warning to all Social Tip users. *2026-05-08, version 2.10.8* My account was suspended and my balance removed without any clear explanation only an automated message referring to “inauthentic activity”. No details, no evidence, and no proper support response. Just a vague label that can be applied to anyone at any time. This shows that accounts and earnings can be taken away without transparent rules or a fair chance to challenge the decision. Think carefully before investing your time and effort into this platform. ### 1/5 — It’s changed for the worse *2026-04-19* I started using the app in February and was so impressed at first and was really happy with it and was able to get food rewards. However, they’ve obviously changed something so now it’s almost impossible to get a good reward. They offer tips for higher rewards but even when you follow the tips, they reward low amounts. They then offer feedback on your post so you can get a better reward next time- I followed all the tips and still get a low reward. It’s not a fair or consistent way to get rewards but I guess that’s to be expected based on the reputation of the owner… I’ve tried speaking to someone but they give the same ‘politician’ answers, not wanting to answer directly. It really isn’t worth spending all your time and effort (and money on a product) to be rewarded £1.60 for your content. When I saw makes little bit extra some videos will make up to £20 which is something I’m so grateful for, it means that I can have a little treat on the food shop or a item of clothing throughout the week rather being tight and conscious of what I’m always spending. Not to mention but the products you promote using social tip are products you genuinely using in your everyday life. For example hovis bread is a food product I’ve reviewed and promoted on social tip, the bread i used everyday and got paid 3x the amount I paid for it.
