Not a scheduler. ### 1/5 — horrendous *2024-10-19* this software (desktop version) seems magically offer EVERYTHING you need to successfuly schedule posts and manage multiple channels. the UX is idiotic, file management is impossible. thumbnails are tiny, you upload 10 reels and somehow there are only 7, you have to clickthru a bunch of stuff to playback reels so you know which one you're working with at the moment. the emoji keyboard inserts emojis in random places (NOT where the cursor is), the iphone doesnt notify you when your post has posted, customer service has too long of a turnaround (i responded immediately to email support at 9:30am and they never got back to me; their hours end at 2pm PST). you can't see your grid posts. you have to select settings EVERY SINGLE POST for yt, tiktok, etc. for everything. run far far away. that's all i can say. waste of time. ### 1/5 — No Post from Phone Functionality *2024-08-17* I don’t really see the point of this app. I’m in the trial and appreciate the desktop version but the app doesn’t even allow me to jot down an idea or flag a potential post for later or even post anything. I really don’t see that point of it. There’s nowhere that you can even upload mobile photos to use in future posts. You can’t check analytics. But the SocialBee app freezes every time i hit the notification to publish a story. So I close the app and reopen it, but then I’m logged out of my account. This happens every single day. Not only that, it’s somehow not compatible with the saved login info on my iPhone, so every single day I need to manually type in my email and password to login just to post a story. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — I am loving it! *2026-07-20* I have tried, and used extensively, so many of these social media scheduling apps. I’ve personally not encountered any issues that others have commented on their reviews. As such I’m not sure it’s really fair that this app has such a poor rating. The web app is really useful, and I wish we had the ability to add posts to categories on the phone app, but we don’t which is sad. But social bee is clear that the phone app is intended to help with posting to instagram and TikTok. One thing I’ve noticed is I don’t have to use the app each time something posts, just the first time something posts from a specific category.
