I open my email and there will be 10 identical emails. This has happened 5 times in the last 30 minutes. I can’t find a way to stop them. ### 3/5 — Such a buggy app *2026-01-05* I belong to a nutrition group on this and the app is constantly buggy. As of now it won’t let me make comments or anything in my group, it’s super annoying. When I’ve had problems the support was great, but I just wish it would work consistently properly without having to resort to help. ### 3/5 — Frustrating *2025-02-11* I’m off FB. Hacked & DONE with FB. Social Glow is now my go to. I run a Team but most haven’t engaged with the SG option for education & more. I am so frustrated that I can’t copy & paste to woo my Team over. Our company has strict compliance requirements. I would paste a copied post into texts but SG has made it impossible! Developers, please open up the option to copy then paste elsewhere! Would be better to batch the updates vs. so many minor updates. ### 3/5 — Reply to comment *2024-09-08* I like how you’ve added the reply to comment but when there are 200 comments a day it hard to know what they are replying to. All in all, it’s a solid app, however, I wish that the conversations could be nested like other social media apps, rather than just one long string of comments like a chat. Nested comments are so much more convenient to find a previous comment, and to keep a conversation topic on track. ### 4/5 — More Versatility Wanted *2024-09-08* Glad SG isn’t censorial! Let’s face it: no one wants to be on Facebook anymore. Now we don’t have to! The creators of this app give phenomenal customer service, too.
