Then they charged me for a service that was working and haven't responded to my emails to get charge reversed and now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I downloaded this a to make life simple. Once I opened it, I needed to upgrade to get past the upgrade screen- not happy #1. Next I go to create an account. But I cannot, it only offers login. So I type in any email with any password so I get “forgot password” maybe create account or forgot is there. Nope, spin spin spin.
