strange you can not sign up from the app and will not offer a price matrix 

they should start low 
and charge more the more you use

Never got the livestreaming to work on my site and they were extremely slow to respond to emails.  Then they charged me for a service that was working and haven't responded to my emails to get charge reversed and now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Horrible experience.

Only lets you sign in, doesn’t give you any option to create account. Guess the don’t want any new users? Smooth move!

*2019-11-26, version 5.0.3*

What am I missing here? I downloaded this a to make life simple. Once I opened it, I needed to upgrade to get past the upgrade screen- not happy #1. Next I go to create an account. But I cannot, it only offers login. So I type in any email with any password so I get “forgot password” maybe create account or forgot is there. Nope, spin spin spin. Not happy #2

I’d like a refund if you please.
