## What is Socialyse?

See what’s happening nearby and connect to those physically around you. With Socialyse, you can join geo-location channels around you and simply see what’s up. Or you can like other people’s posts to try to make a connection (without them knowing until they like yours back of course! ;)

Each channel is represented by a pin on the map.

To join a channel, you need to take a live photo and add a caption, just like everyone else. We don’t make you share extra details like other apps, that’s for you to decide, just like you would do in person! Human interactions happen through a face and a witty comment, not name and age.

Privacy is important to us, so all posts only last 1 hour, minimising your digital footprint. 
You will only ever know what people are talking about in your immediate vicinity - real time.

DISCLAIMER: We are not meant to be an app you scroll through for hours on end. We simply connect you to your location if you’re bored. Once you find someone to talk to in person, it is expected you put your phone down and do what our name suggests - Socialyse.
