This poor review is for the app, not the food which is great. The loyalty points can’t be used and there’s no $10 discount for the tenth pizza purchased. Disappointing as I’m a very loyal customer!

Various times now I’ve ordered delivery and selected delivery but the final outcome is that I need to pick up the order. Then I spend 30 minutes trying to chase and rectify the situation (which is complicated as I can’t get a hold of a person)

Amazing pizza but terrible online system - lets you elect delivery but if you fall outside outside of a very small delivery zone then it will be switch the order to Pick Up in your receipt without letting you know! App has a few too many kinks, a real shame.
