Some days it doesn’t work at all and some days you have to keep opening and closing the app multiple times to complete it which is very time consuming. Adding a specific section for “Games in-progress” which you are able to then filter for “Fan token held” fixtures and “prediction submitted” fixtures; this will make for better tracking of the games you are interested in or have made a prediction on. The predictions themselves could be made easier by, again, making a dedicated page. Ideally you only want to see games you are eligible to make a prediction on (ones with held fan tokens) and it would be better to have these in one single view; for example a standard looking fixture list with the “+” buttons for both the home and away teams. It’s far too counter-productive in the way you have to navigate between a teams fixtures in order to make predictions. ### 5/5 — Socios *2022-04-28, version 2.29* Had an epic experience talking to Laca, Pepe & Leno through the Socios partnership with the Arsenal. Awesome product and great for fans who can’t attend live matches! ### 1/5 — A scam? *2022-04-16* My holdings disappeared. Apple app link to report a problem does not work. Zendesk customer support is telling me I sent the funds to wrong address but does not explain why they gave me the wrong address in the first place… Shady business. It always thinks you are registering and then you get stuck in alop. Put in my email and it says already registered and to log in. Click login and we go down the register route again. Keep going round in a loop. Surprisingly, when I first bought a couple of tokens, they didn’t need this. Low & behold it does not even open. It’s frozen & you cannot get access to anything. This seems to be typical of Socios. Promise the world & deliver the opposite! It’s trustpilot reviews average at 2.2, and there’s so much similarity between Socios and a scam. The UX is on another level, $SSU hunting, mini games, predictions, voting, competitions, fan rewards and so much more. Loyalty really pays off and the IRL experiences you get from Socios are out of this world. Keep up the great work! P.S.
