When I reached out for assistance, they claimed they are unable to retrieve it. This has left me frustrated, as it feels like my crypto has been lost with no resolution. ### 1/5 — Terribly misleading *2024-02-06* The wallet says “No gas” which is a total lie. They are just hiding the gas fee in a confusing interface and calling it an “Exchange Rate Difference”. I made one trade and had all my money taken in fees before I could even blink. I like knowing that I’m in control of my keys and my crypto. My portfolio is clear and simple. I love that I can set stop loss and limit orders to sell my crypto when I want. I haven’t seen this in any other non custodial app before! The risk scores are really helpful as I evaluate what I want to invest in.
