See something that needs to be fixed (potholes, street light problems, plugged culverts, etc.)? 2. Submit a request and attach a photo. 3. County staff receives the request and fixes the problem. 4. You are notified when the request is completed. You can monitor requests, provide comments, follow other requests in your community and check out the latest County news and events. I always found it to be very useful and it worked well. However, with this new version, the functionality is very poor. It really really needs to be improved. This is not the way to communicate with County residents. ### 4/5 — Helpful but not perfect! *2023-10-02* Initial responses are fast but they advise they must prioritize requests and sometimes it may take a while to act due to staffing limitations. It has proven to be a good resource for my area. ### 2/5 — MIXED RESULTS *2023-03-18* First off, it’s a great idea. I’ve used it three times & one time it worked great, one time it didn’t work-ignored, and one time the county doesn't understand and is not responding with incorrect information. The new app however stalls with a red X for where is the request and tell us more details . Password prompt won’t propagate to functional mode. Tech Support is just an email but won’t give options as to how to send. I have read other reviews that say pics won’t load.
