### 1/5 — Not working

*2020-05-26*

App freezes when you submit symptoms.

**Developer response:** There should be an X at the top right corner of the popup screen you are describing (the one that says contact “personal care provider”). Clicking that X should allow you to exit the screen.

Sorry to hear about the App freezing! This has been noted and we will continue pushing out updates and fixes to minimize bugs. Do make sure to try both the X in the top right corner of the symptoms page and the submit button at the bottom.

### 1/5 — No Capability to Forward

*2020-05-25*

I intended to forward this app to my employees so they could start sending me their status. Unfortunately that functionality is not present. I guess they’d have to take a picture of the result page and send to me. Kludgy.

**Developer response:** Here are the links to share the app on iOS dvices
-	IOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/soco-covid-19-check/id1511037042

In terms of sharing the certification with the employer, the idea behind our design was that as the employer is taking each employee’s temperature, the employee could show them the certification page, in person, at that time.

### 1/5 — Too little

*2020-05-24*

I was initially excited to see this app because I thought it would interface with the Apple API for Covid-19 Exposure Notifications. Unfortunately, it doesn’t.

### 1/5 — Big bug

*2020-05-24*

I went through the options before I started forwarding to people for use, tapped “I do not nave these symptoms”, and the whole app shutdown. Screen read -before I continue with health check contact dr if you have these symptoms-. Couldn’t get to the next page which I assume is the health check. Also there was no option to click yes if someone did have symptoms. App is t suitable for use yet.

### 1/5 — How are Employers Being Held Accountable?

*2020-05-23*

How can the county require employers to enforce the use of the app by their employees? Does the employee use their personal phone to report their results before starting their shift?

That sets up the liability for employers to provide a phone to use the app .Which increases the chance of spread by sharing devices.

Is there a website? How can employers be held accountable when the app is a personal Device App?

**Developer response:** The County does not take any enforcement action against an employee or employer for failure to use the App. The County Health Officer strongly hopes that employees and employers will comply in order to protect the health and welfare of the community.

### 1/5 — No Support

*2020-05-20*

Selected "Privacy Policy".
"404: Page Not Found" at IBM website.
Selected "Developers Website".
"SoCo Emergency" COVID Info - no App info.
Selected "App Support"
"211Sonoma" - no App info, not even with keyword search.

Sonoma County has stated they plan to make this APP "mandatory" for all residents.

What does Sonoma County & the Public Health Department plan to do with all this personal information the will collect?
Why won't they tell us?

CCPA (California Consumer Protection Act):
Does it not apply?

### 1/5 — Useless

*2020-06-08*

So far my list of issues I see with this app:
- Main page show one outdated health order from April.
- Main page has video with a bad link to YouTube.
- Map shown on main page shows outdated data and no link to anything more useful.
- Link to Full Dashboard is a web link to Safari. I get more data outside the app than inside it.
- No tracker feedback capability?

There are better apps out there that actually DO something.

### 1/5 — Employer Portion...?

*2020-06-05*

According to the .pdf there should be an option to verify employees. I can’t find that! I have deleted the app and reinstalled. How do we use this as employers? Anyone?

**Developer response:** The employer side of the app has now been added. Thank you for your patience.

### 1/5 — Government overreach

*2020-06-05*

A unelected official mandates this for businesses with no official vote from elected public officials. This is a massive overreach of government authority especially in a county that has very very few cases and even fewer deaths attributed to CoVid.

### 1/5 — Redundant

*2020-06-02*

This app is a waste of time. Now I have to wake up every morning to fill this app along with other apps from my employer before work.

### 1/5 — This doesn’t help

*2020-06-01*

People will self-report their condition based on whether or not they wish to work that day. Any data derived from this app is unreliable.

### 1/5 — No SHARE button to share results?

*2020-05-29*

There is no way to “share this screen with your employer” on an iPhone. What’s the point of the app if you can’t share the data?

**Developer response:** The idea behind our design was that as the employer is taking each employee’s temperature, the employee could show them the certification page, in person, at that time.

### 1/5 — Employer section does not work on iPhone

*2020-05-29, version 1.0.1*

Can not register as employer to check in employees on iPhone. Only works with android.

### 1/5 — Ridiculous waste of money

*2020-05-29*

App freezes crashes - overreach stupidity to suggest we use this ApP

### 1/5 — Employer Access feature in app?

*2020-05-28*

I don’t see where employer feature is on this app. Can someone point it out for me?

**Developer response:** The employer side of the app has now been added. Thank you for your patience.

### 1/5 — Y la gente que trabaja y habla Español.... que?

*2020-05-27*

The statistics clearly state that the majority of the people getting the virus in California are those in the Hispanic community . Given the fact that remote working is virtually impossible for most entry level personnel. So this app is a must for employers to track the spread, great . Shouldn’t it have a Spanish counter part before making it mandatory as of Monday June 1st?

**Developer response:** This app is available in English and Spanish. If your IOS is set to Spanish on your iPhone, the app will automatically be in Spanish when you download it.

### 4/5 — Convenient App for a COVID-19 World

*2020-08-07*

I have used this app as an employee and as someone responsible for checking in staff. I sometimes go to multiple sites on campus and having to answer health questions at each location as opposed to showing my wellness check is a no brainer.

### 4/5 — Makes My Live Easier!

*2020-08-06*

Every day I head into work I take the survey and get a badge that shows I’ve been assessed and I’m clear to work. When I walk in the office I show the badge with the date and time I completed the survey, they take a quick digital temp, and I head for my desk. People who don’t use the App take a lot longer to get cleared each day. This makes my life much easier and I see the relief on the faces of my co-workers who have to perform the assessments when I’ve already done this in advance. We are in this for the long run, and this App saves me time and hassle. Well done!

### 4/5 — Employer Section is Missing from the App

*2020-06-10*

According to the instructions for the app posted on SoCo’s website, there should be an employer section on the app where the employer reports the results of wellness checks conducted. This functionality does not currently exist—at least not in the Apple version. Managers with Android phones may have better luck. The app is otherwise easy to use.

**Developer response:** The employer side of the app has now been added. Thank you for your patience.

### 4/5 — It’s a start

*2020-05-30*

This is a useful first step; collect data from more people across the county. I was surprised that the only way employers are made aware of the “test” was receiving a screen shot from employees, and that no further action was required, but maybe that will be added later. Collecting data for now is fine by me. The app worked perfectly for me.

Update: the app works but I don’t see “the employer portion of the app”. Do we simply collect screen shots and report them using the county’s online form? Pretty clunky.

**Developer response:** The employer side of the app has now been added. Thank you for your patience.

### 3/5 — The employer feature isn’t in the app

*2020-05-28*

It’s supposed to have the ability to register as an employer, but it is not on the My Care screen as indicated.

**Developer response:** The employer side of the app has now been added. Thank you for your patience.

### 3/5 — Great But

*2020-05-27, version 1.0.1*

I think this is a great idea, however on an iPhone you don’t have the option to verify employees if you’re a manager or supervisor. So far the only employees at my work that have the option are android or google users. Can this be fixed?
