I don’t know if I’m crazy or not, but I swear there’s a good couple of puzzles that are unsolvable without an extra tube. I asked 3 people to help me out with one and none of them (+ I) could get it solved. I think it’s really cheap and wrong for them to put puzzles behind a paywall, if you’re so desperate for money just put the whole game behind a paywall.

Why even make a game free when you’re going to pollute it with ads, banners and advertisements for you own in-game purchases?

Spiel mach an sich Spaß…Aber Werbungen um extra Gläser zu bekommen ohne Geld zu bezahlen funktioniert nicht…und ich fang hier nicht an geld auszugeben… gebt uns doch bitte eine Möglichkeit auch das gesammelte Gold auszugeben. Habe mittlerweile 75k Gold und keine Möglichkeit dies auszugeben…toll wäre eine Chance extra Gläschen für Gold kaufen zu können…oder aber eine Art Tauschmarkt. Was ich anfangs toll fand war, dass man immer mal wieder diese Geschenke bekommen hat und auch manchmal ein Gläschen…aber leider haben die Publisher entschieden das alles zu entfernen und alles gegen Bezahlung einzutauschen. Schade.

I have been playing this game for over 3 years. It is straight to the point and I like that. I did a one time purchase for no ads which is great, except ads for extra vials. HOWEVER I am disappointed that there hasnt been a big update to content in years. Wheres the music? The currency is basically useless? Why isnt there an option for a hint? No power ups at all? There just isnt any hype. Im not excited to collect currency or even try really. Theres just so much room for improvement, cmon guys

I've played this game for so long that - even though I have an ad blocker - I decided to support it and purchase "Ad-Free." Unfortunately, this has now screwed me.

Purchasing "Ad-Free" gives you 4 of the "extra tubes" feature...but the maximum is 3. So I not only received zero tubes upon purchasing, I can no longer earn a tube on present multiples of 5.

This was a great feature, helping me get un-stuck every so often, and now it's just gone. I believe that the "4" tubes with Ad-Free is what broke it, and recommend anyone who enjoys this game to not make the purchase.

It’s ok but there is a huge bright ad banner at the bottom of the screen that blinds you while you play!! Whatever happened to the days where apps didn’t have ads!!

Ich liebe dieses Spiel es entspannt mich sehr und fordert mich auch sehr oft. Nur leider kann ich bei mir keine Hilfe in Form eines Werbevideos ansehen. Bei meiner Tochter geht das. Ich habe alle Einstellungen überprüft daran liegt es nicht. Manchmal hänge ich tagelang an einem Level fest dann würde ich gerne einmal ein Werbevideo zur Hilfe nehmen aber diese Funktion geht bei mir leider nicht. Wenn ich es lösche und noch mal neu installiere, gehen alle meine Fortschritte verloren. Das ist sehr schade.

I really liked this game because you’d get the helpful bottle spaces after beating so many levels but now you have to pay to get them or watch ads that I already paid to avoid. I understand you need to make money but it’s just disappointing now after playing for so many years. :( 
The amount of hints you get after watching an ad has gone down too. Just disappointing.

Sorry, don’t like the new update- you made it too small, a lot of wasted space, all the buttons are smaller and moved to locations that don’t make sense. Please make it look good again.

I really love how I can play this game but don’t have to pay too much attention. I paid to get rid of ads a long time ago, from what I remember, it was really really cheap and it kept the integrity of the difficulty but also not too much. I’m almost to level 600 and I love it!! People complain about having to watch ads to add another bottle, but I don’t mind as I usually play as I watch tv, so I just watch the tv during an ad I choose to watch LOL. Also, it makes the game fun to not try to always add an extra bottle. Highly recommend!

I’ve been playing this daily for ages and am getting ready to delete it.  The ads are out of control. Over three minutes for 1 ad to play. No countdown,  just sit there and watch nothing for 3 minutes.  Too long people!!  How to lose business.

Unable to play due to ads, ads will not offer exit or sound off therefore ads last a long time and are loud, often staying on screen without exiting. Will complete level and have ad appear, which is ok, however, ad then last awhile with option to exit out . When you then exit out of app it restarts you at the same level as previously completed. Not worth the frustration.

I paid to get ads removed but now they have puzzles that have no solution so you have to either pay or watch ads to get an extra spot.  Often these ads glitch and you end up repeating the puzzle several times. So I am deleting this game for my own sanity.  Bye!

Who in the world do you think you people are to think it's okay to load 2.5 minute Royal Match ad after ad after ad? I can't even imagine how much you're paying per ad at that length....guess what, when the ad starts playing I set the phone down and go do something else until the ad finishes lol; I will never download that RM game, so start advertising something else because it's getting old.

I’ve been playing this game for a while and the changes they keep making are all money oriented. They used to give free full tubes if you needed a +1 and watched a video or got it in the gift box after every level, then they changed it into sections… annoying but fine. Then they stopped giving any free tube pieces with the free gift after each level completed so your only option is you absolutely must watch a video or buy with real money. 

Now you only get coins and there’s only so much to buy with them . I’ve literally bought every background and tube design choice they have and now I have 200,000 coins (and counting) with nothing to spend them on. There’s also some ads that glitch out and make it so you can’t exit and then if you refresh the app you have to start the whole level over again. 

I like playing the same games that have no time limits because it’s stress relieving but this game just isn’t worth it anymore.

Apart from ads popping up constantly while playing, the game's page on the App Store shows that the app gathers a bunch of your personal info and uses it to track you. Obviously sells your info. Hard no.

I love this relaxing but challenging game, and I’ve been playing it for a couple of years.  But I still don’t understand what the coins are for, or why the gift box flashes in the corner until I tap it, and then it flashes again a few moves later.  Please add some instructions/ information in the game settings area.

Also, please consider allowing us to change the size of the tubes. These are TINY on an iPad!

One of my favorite apps for when I’m passing time on the subway, waiting room, lounging around. Recent update brought massive improvements to the game and it runs a lot smoother now. I wish there was an actual way to earn the in-game currency though - I’m over level 5000 and I think games should reward their players!

I have been playing this game for a while. I am in the level 2000s. I mostly play at night and it helps wind me down and feel relaxed. Some levels are genuinely challenging which I love trying to figure out the puzzle. If you don't like ads just play with your wifi off or pay the $3. You can customize bottles and background. There is a daily challenge. I left a review previously about a bad update and they listened to the feedback and fixed it. Great game!

I love this game! I especially like that it does get much more challenging so I don’t get bored like I do with other games. However, I wish there was a way to link my account to Facebook, for example. I was at a really high level and then lost all of my progress when I got a new phone. Now I gotta redo everything and I’m a lil upset about it.

The game has great puzzles… But there are entirely too many adds. Every single time you complete a game there are 1-3 adds. I tried to manage through them but in the end, I deleted the game. More frustration than fun! I purchased the as remover….. but the adds still came!!!! Don’t waste your time or your money.

So, whether it was my feedback or someone else’s, I believe they actually listen to what the people want. I recently left feedback about how the new look wasn’t appealing and how the extra space at the tops of the bottles were misleading. What I mean by that is that it’s hard to strategize moves based on the extra space. I let them know how my view on it and that it should be changed. Fast forward to today and when I decide to open the app again to play, they did exactly what I asked!! So I’m leaving 5 stars not only for their ability to modify this game in a good way, but to also take their feedback seriously. Thankyou so much for doing it because I really do like this game.

Update: I’m happy to say that the missing features have been replaced in the newest version released on March 1. Thank you! I can’t delete my original review, but I did correct the rating. 
This was my go-to relaxing game. I’m on level 790. Today I opened the app and found an entirely different game. All of the customization options are gone. The calm, dark backgrounds have been replaced with a single hideous bright blue. All my lovely bottles are now boring test tubes. The daily challenge puzzles—my favorite part of the game—are gone. The mechanics still work, but now they make my eyes bleed.
