SOF Tactical Medicine is the trauma coach for the man who refuses to be helpless.

Built by a 21-year retired Special Forces 18D Medical Sergeant who came home and kept running calls as a firefighter, then served three years as the Colorado Outreach Mentor for the PTSD Foundation working to stop veteran suicide.

Every clinical answer is cited to current Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC 2026) and American Heart Association BLS standards. The coach refuses to ship guidance without inline citations.
