I would not recommend this product due to being double charged and no customer support to help.  Careful how you click in this app/sign up.  They do not help their customers.

Since using Sofa Yoga, I sleep like a baby! I especially love the 20-minute evening unwind routine. The stretches are so relaxing and I’ve noticed a huge decrease in my stress levels. ‍ ‌ ‍
