We need to pay extra when use this point, means their merchants will charge slightly higher than direct buy using cash/credit card. They also simply discontinue their merchant in just two weeks of time. I just contact their personal shopper regarding this and get 15k point @rm15k then 2 weeks after cannot use the point.. and there is no action for this matter from sofax also. They just said will take a look.. which means do nothing.. and bare in mine this point gonna expired in just 1 year. Thats how they make money!
