Of course the app doesn’t work so I got a formal warning when they checked for tickets and I wasn’t able to buy one. I was relying on this app and got written a warning because I was unable to complete my purchase. Maybe they will fix it, but I don’t know how else to tell the app team that this feature is broken. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-07-05, version 5.168.0* I brought my ridebct bus pass through the app and everything went smoothly. I then purchased my train pass and it was processed on my end. It showed that I had a 4 hour time limit until it expired. I even screenshotted my pass (the QR code didn’t show up). While on the train, the guy who checks the pass came to me and to my surprise I cannot find my ticket nor did it showed up in my recent purchases. This was embarrassing as a first time train goer who’s relying on this app to ensure my safety and smooth transportation but this was not the case. I even went to get ahead and buy a new ticket but then the app started glitching. Every time I went to add my card on file it just had a white blank screen. This was a very stressful situation to me and I do not wish it on anyone. The train guy asked for my id instead and said I’ll be getting a warning. This is ridiculous. I called the transit contact support and said the ticket was not processed???? Fix this app. you’re making it seem like people are getting a free ride without purchasing. ### 1/5 — Zero stars *2026-07-04, version 5.168.0* Doesn’t work as advertised ### 1/5 — Operation *2026-07-02, version 5.168.0* The app is always running into problems, I can’t add a payment method and I have no funds physically with me, let alone a card, I was expecting to take care of it digitally and I’m having nonstop problems, do better smh! ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2026-07-02, version 5.168.0* The app doesn’t work. Takes a lot of effort to set up an account, and when you get to the payment screen it just turns white—nothing ever loads or appears.
