SoFlo Sexy is the perfect training app. From amazing over certified trainers to an easy to use program it has it all. I had the pleasure of working with Cassidy who kept me motivated and set up my workout plan and goals making it easy for me to use as a busy college student. From tracking steps, water intake, active energy and workouts I love how this app covered everything. Simple and seamless soflo sexy is the perfect app for beginners or advanced people with likeminded goals.

Great app! Easy to use and follow! Best part are the coaches behind the app! They are in constant contact with me always there when i need an answer, always encouraging me to keep working towards my goal, even when i get frustrated. The App is great but the coaches are what makes the difference. Pricing for the services are good too.
